Maia just ate a fur-pat. It wasn't even hers; it was Annalise's.

There was a little wad of gray fur on the floor, and she came along and sniffed at it. It stuck to her muzzle, and she simply lipped it up and ate it. I made a move to get it off of her face, but she dashed out of my reach.

Cats can be so stupid.

No worries, she'll wake you in the middle of the nite with those lovely yakking noises while bringing it back up in a fur-ball.

We just adopted two kittens and a teenage cat, and so far, I've been lucky enough to avoid hairballs. I do NOT look forward to the day they realize yakking them up on the carpet is acceptable in cat society. Bad enough the kittens poo in corners....
